HR Administrator
An exciting new role for the company! We are looking for an organised and people-oriented candidate who is looking to develop their existing HR experience in a true generalist role within our small, friendly HR team.
The role
- provide full administrative support to the HR department to ensure an efficient HR service is delivered to all teams across the company
- recruitment co-ordination, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies on a daily basis to arrange temporary staff as required
- support the team to ensure an effective onboarding process for all new starters
- maintain absence logs and relevant paperwork to ensure accurate absence data
- provide 1st line advice to employees and managers on general HR related queries, requests and policies and procedures
What you need
- proven experience working in an HR administration role within a fast-paced, busy environment
- basic understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
- outstanding organisational skills, with ability to prioritise work and manage multiple demands
- excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- a willingness to adapt and develop skillsets and knowledge
- previous experience working in a plant industry would be advantageous
- CIPD qualification or HR certification would be desirable, but not essential

- Starting from £25,350 per annum DOE
- 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm
