Each year in the UK, we produce over 30 million tons of household rubbish. That’s half a tonne for each person! Despite the fact that more than half of this amount can be recycled, we actually only recycle one tenth of the rubbish we create. J Dickinson’s and Sons aims to change this and is committed to investing time and money into maximising the recycling of our waste.
At present a minimum of 75% of all skip contents are recycled by the company

Bolton Council has to recycle 40% of all domestic waste by the year 2010 and reduce the total amount of waste collected and sent to landfill by 2008. |
